Your booking on this website is conditional on you accepting the terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. On submitting your reservation for a product on this website, Vacation Time Travel will confirm your reservation by email and supply a voucher which should be printed and presented to the hotel on arrival. Vacation Time Travel will not have any contract with you for the supply of any product at the price offered until your booking is confirmed and Vacation Time Travel has received payment. Vacation Time Travel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of this site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use

Simply complete the details in the booking section of this website and pay the total price of your accommodation. The person who completes the web booking form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travellers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, including any cancellation or amendment charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information.

You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of use of this site.

You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings and membership registration is correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

The basic accommodation cost includes the following:

• Accommodation and meals as confirmed on your booking.
• All obligatory hotel service charges and taxes

The basic accommodation cost does not include:

• Transfers between airport and accommodation.
• Excursions and other personal expenditure.
• Charges that hotels or apartments may make for facilities such as cots, parking, minibus services, sunbeds, sauna, tennis courts and equipment, porters etc.
• Deposits requested on arrival by some apartment/villa owners.
• Provision of cots for infant, unless stated at the time of booking, also infant meals.

At the time of booking the full amount will be deducted from your credit or debit card. Payment transactions are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by some of the world's leading banks. This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone other than to financial institutions required to process payment instructions from the customer. Please note that some hotels in certain countries may require a credit card imprint at check-in to act as a guarantee against any incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay

If you cancel your booking
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable by you.

If we cancel your booking
All reasonable endeavours will be made to provide the booking as advertised. However, as arrangements in relation to the provision of bookings are made many months in advance, they are, therefore, subject to change. We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your booking. In particular we may cancel your accommodation before the scheduled departure date in the case of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Vacation Time Travel SA, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, or an event(s) which we or the supplier of services even with all due care could not foresee or forestall. Such circumstances or event(s) amounting to situations of Force Majeure - e.g. war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or unrest, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, fire, adverse weather conditions, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics and all similar events beyond the control of Vacation Time Travel SA.

In any of these instances, where the booking has to be modified or cancelled please make sure that you are covered by adequate travel insurance.

You are strongly advised to travel with adequate travel insurance, as the cost of medical expenses overseas can be very high, if you suffer an accident or illness.

Force majeure shall include (but is not limited to) government intervention, war or threat of war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, terrorist attack or industrial action affecting Vacation Time Travel SA or its suppliers.

If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. Vacation Time Travel SA cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any third party supplier.

These terms and conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. If any part of the conditions proves to be not valid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. The invalid or unenforceable condition will be deemed as supplanted by an enforceable and valid form conveying the same meaning. Any dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the Spanish courts. You agree that your use of this website does not imply that any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Vacation Time Travel SA
